The MMNTM Project will include:

  • OTM (On The Minute) workouts, using a timer to overcome inertia but also stick to schedule.

  • A REALISTIC morning routine - NOT a 90 minute meditation in an icebath with blue light glasses, drinking mushroom tea…!

What is it?

Fundamental fitness programming, focused first on establishing the habit and then building capacity. This is how I train with a view to being active, adventurous and awesome in my 90’s and beyond!

What if I am travelling/my kid is sick/just too busy to do it all?

It’s a template! So you adjust it to suit YOUR life. We’ve got a decent amount of work available, but that’s in order to cater to everyone involved. I’m here to help you figure out the best approach. Something is 100% better than nothing, so get on board and do your damnedest.

How long is it? Whats the structure?

It runs for 8 weeks (starting April 1) and will span 4 x 2 week phases of progression to first teach and then build on the fundamentals.

The first week we’ll be doing no more than 10 mins oer day!! So even if you think you’re the busiest person in the world, the goal on week 1 is #anythingbeatsnothing.

Then we do a little more, and a little more, you get the drift!

How is the program delivered?

We’ll be using an app called Coach Rx. You’ll be able to check your workouts on your phone, watch video demonstrations, track results, as well as reach out to me via the messenger.

We’ll then be going ‘old school’ with group chats, lives and some ebook resources. Facebook is still king for this, despite most of us wishing otherwise…. ;(

Is this for beginners?

Anyone from beginner to an intermediate amount of strength training experience will benefit. Whether it’s learning some more effective warm up practices, to new movement variations, workout structure or unique methods of progression.

If you’re 40+ (or FEEL 40+…), busy, stressed, not sure where to get started, or maybe plateaued on your current training program, and just wanting to make some halfway decent progress for once, this could be it.

How much does it cost?

It is NZ$247. Making it just $31/week (or $25 if you sign up before March 25th)

If I say so myself, a SWEET deal, given that access to my regular programming is $25/week but has NO COACHING! And those who work with me 1:1 are paying between $75-$250/week.
