I value my fitness greatly, but as a busy dad/husband/biz owner I don’t want to spend all bloody day in the gym to get it!

I enjoyed chasing performance and elite competition, for a while… now I want to do fun stuff, have adventures, keep active and spend time with family.

So my fitness practice now has to COMPLEMENT my life, not CONSUME it.

As I rapidly approach the age of 50, I’m using everything I’ve learned over 20+ years of coaching to help me move well, stay active & feel great with practical, minimalist fitness and mobility strategies.
